Brena is the managing shareholder of Brena, Bell & Clarkson. Mr. Brena is a life-long Alaska resident. He has received graduate degrees in both business and law. Mr. Brena received his Masters of Administration (M.Ad.) with an emphasis in accounting and finance and his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Willamette University. He also has received his Masters of Law (LL.M.) with an emphasis in real estate development and finance law from the University of Miami. Mr. Brena has been the Chairman of the Real Estate Section of the Alaska Bar Association, Chairman of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Alaska Bar Association, and has taught Advanced Business Law at the University of Alaska.
