Anthony (“Tony”) S. Guerriero
Mr. Guerriero has practiced law for over 30 years, including more than 10 years in Alaska, and maintains an active practice focusing on commercial transactions, leases, oil and gas regulation, and telecommunications. He has represented a variety of clients including manufacturers, financial institutions, business owners, creditors, creditors’ committees, debtors, and bankruptcy trustee.
Laura S. Gould
Ms. Gould has over 15 years of legal experience in Alaska. While in law school Ms. Gould worked as a judicial intern in the Alaska Supreme Court, and after graduating from law school she worked as a judicial clerk in the Alaska Superior Court in Anchorage. She then worked in private practice in Anchorage in the areas of legal and medical malpractice, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and general civil litigation.
Frederick (“Fritz”) H. Hahn V.
Mr. Hahn is a lifelong Alaskan who was admitted to the practice of law in Alaska in 1981. His practice emphasizes pipeline and utilities regulation, including rates for shipping on the Trans Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS).
Kelly M. Moghadam
Ms. Moghadam is a lifelong Alaskan with more than five years of experience representing clients in Alaska. She maintains an active practice focusing on civil litigation and regulatory matters, particularly cases related to oil and gas pipeline transportation, ad valorem tax, and utility rates.
Jon (“Jack”) S. Wakeland
