
Anthony ("Tony") S. Guerriero
Senior Attorney
Mr. Guerriero has practiced law for over 40 years, including more than 20 years in Alaska, and maintains an active practice focusing on commercial transactions, loan documentation, secured transactions, leases, contracts, pipeline regulation, and utilities regulation that includes telecommunications. He has represented a variety of clients including manufacturers, financial institutions, business owners, creditors, creditors’ committees, debtors, and bankruptcy trustees. Early in his career Mr. Guerriero worked as an Estate Administrator for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Alaska.
Education
Mr. Guerriero obtained a B.S. in business administration from California State University, Fresno, in 1976, and a J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1979.
Admitted to Practice
Mr. Guerriero is admitted to practice in Alaska and California state courts and before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and the United States District Court for the District of Alaska.

Mr. Guerriero is a past member of the California Bar’s UCC Committee, Board of Directors of Central CA Chapter of the Risk Management Association, Bankruptcy Clerk’s Advisory Committee for the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California, Executive Committee of the Stockton Youth Sports Foundation, and the Board of Directors of Community Medical Centers, Inc. (a multi-county nonprofit medical services provider).
