Frederick (“Fritz”) H. Hahn V.
Mr. Hahn is a life-long Alaskan whose family homesteaded in the Eagle River Valley. Mr. Hahn was admitted to the practice of law in Alaska in 1981. Mr. Hahn served on the staff of United States Senator Frank H. Murkowski in Washington, D.C. from 1981-1983. Mr. Hahn’s practice emphasizes pipeline and utilities regulation, including rates for shipping on the Trans Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS).
Mr. Hahn received a B.A. with majors in psychology and political science, from Willamette University in 1978, and a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1981.
Admitted to Practice
Mr. Hahn is admitted to practice in Alaska state courts and before United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of Alaska.
Memberships, Recognition & Services
Mr. Hahn was a member of the United States Electoral College and an elector of the President and Vice President of the United States for the 2004 election. While at the University of Oregon, Mr. Hahn was a Special Managing Editor of the Oregon Law Review.
