
Jesse C. Bell
Senior Attorney
Mr. Bell is a lifelong Alaskan who has more than 50 years of experience representing clients in Alaska. Mr. Bell maintains an active practice focusing on real estate transactions, including development and financing, creation of business entities, and business transactions. He also specializes in estate planning and probate matters. Mr. Bell has represented numerous clients in the purchase and sale of multimillion-dollar businesses and commercial properties. He is also recognized as a well-known expert on the Alaska Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act, and for many years he has represented developers of residential and commercial common-interest communities in Alaska, as well as counseling common-interest community associations in managing their responsibilities under the Act. Mr. Bell has acted as an expert witness and consultant to third parties on legal matters relating to the Alaska Common Interest Community Act. Mr. Bell’s practice also includes a substantial amount of probate administration, including ancillary administrations and client estate planning matters.
Education
Mr. Bell obtained a B.A. in economics from the University of Oregon in 1964 and a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 1967.
Admitted to Practice
Mr. Bell is admitted to practice in the Alaska and Washington state courts and before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of Alaska.

Mr. Bell is a member of the Business, Real Estate, and Probate Sections of the Alaska Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Bell is also a recipient of the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
